Credits reset each month and do not roll over. This keeps our infrastructure costs predictable and allows us to maintain fast response times for all members. If you consistently need more credits, consider upgrading your plan.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
