Most commercial real estate intelligence is locked behind enterprise software contracts that start at fifty thousand dollars a year. Tenant analytics. Energy verification. Construction claims forecasting. Code-compliance scanning. The work that should be common knowledge in the field is, instead, gated.

The gap

Years of experience inside a Fortune 10 commercial real estate portfolio showed analytical insights staying trapped — visible to a handful of people who could expense the platform, invisible to the small operators, owner-occupiers, project managers, and architects who actually needed them most.

AI Smart Buildings exists to break that pattern.

If a private deployment offering ever exists for organisations that need bespoke infrastructure inside their firewall, it will be quoted privately, with no marketing surface on this site. The public agents stay public.
