What's in every issue

Six fixed sections.

The sections are stable so the operator can scan the email in two minutes and still get the signal. The substance behind each section rotates: what the OS detected overnight, what the brain admitted, what the squads suppressed.

  • The Front. One sentence framing today's APAC CRE state-of-play.
  • Detections fired. Anonymised receipts from the last 24 hours — admitted, blocked, alerted.
  • Squad of the day. Rotating deep-dive into one of the eight production squads.
  • Standards watch. What changed in ASHRAE, IPMVP, CORENET X, BCA Green Mark, AACE TCM overnight.
  • The opinion mark. Founder's read — clearly labeled, separated from machine output.
  • One quiet win. A suppression. Stillness over noise made visible.

Founder's read · opinion

The receipts page is doing the work the deck used to.

Three diligence rooms looked at the public ledger this week. Two converted to scoping conversations within 48 hours. The deck-to-receipts conversion on early-stage CRE-AI is now ~40% on enterprise inbound.

What separates Mix Daily

Three rules at the publish gate.

Mix Daily passes the same Coherence Loop that gates every consequential output the OS makes. There is no weaker pipeline for "marketing content." The brand voice is the OS voice.

Rule 1

No claim without a citation chain.

Every numeric claim cites a Tier-1 source by section / clause. CORENET X §8.1, ASHRAE G14, IPMVP Option C, AACE TCM. Trade-press paraphrases without anchors are auto-quarantined.

Rule 2

Opinion is clearly marked.

Machine output and Founder's read live in different sections with different formatting. We do not blur the line because operators downstream cannot afford the noise. If we are guessing, we say so.

Rule 3

Slop is banned at the publish gate.

The 15-pattern AI-slop scan blocks send. No purple gradients, no "leveraging cutting-edge", no fake company names, no "in this fast-paced world" register. Every email passes the same gate the public ledger does.
