Common questions.

Why is Beta capped at a small cohort?
Because the deal we are offering — a thirty-minute Founder review every quarter, a real Slack channel, an honest read on receipts — does not scale to fifty cohort members. We size Beta to what one human plus the agent fleet can actually deliver. Stillness over noise.
What happens after the 12 months?
If the OS produced citation-anchored decisions you would not have made otherwise, you renew on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial terms. If it did not, you walk — and we owe you a public retraction in the same register as the doctrine page. There is no auto-renew, no balloon clause, no claw-back.
Will my portfolio data leak into other tenants' brains?
No. Per-tenant brain isolation is enforced at the substrate layer (the same B5 multi-tenant invariant the v85 CRE-KE coherence gate audits). Letta-style 3-tier memory writes are namespaced under data-logs/cre-ke/clients/{your-tenant}/. Cross-tenant aggregation only flows through the deal-precedent librarian, and only on opt-in for archetype-inference and outcome-pooling.
What about residential or healthcare?
Out of scope for Cohort 1. Commercial-only. Fair Housing exposure (residential) and HIPAA exposure (healthcare) require dedicated regulatory layers we have deliberately not built yet. We will tell you no rather than half-fit.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?
No. BEAST OS sits underneath Procore / Autodesk ACC / Aconex / e-Builder / SharePoint / Yardi / MRI / VTS / your CMMS. The squads ingest from where the data already lives. We do not ask you to migrate; we ask you to expose read access.
When does Cohort 1 actually start?
Wire-up windows opening Q3 2026. We accept rolling applications now. Selection is partnership-fit, not first-come — we want the four shapes represented, with at least four Singapore-based members for the SG jurisdiction pack.
